Large Water Damage @ NJ Rental Property

Substantial damage was caused by a sink overflow on the second floor of this rental property in Willingboro, New Jersey. The entire ground floor was deeply saturated, including the ceiling, walls and floors. Within a few days, mold growth covered the entire bathroom ceiling. In situations like this, hefty demolition is required.

A few things need to happen before the drying process can begin. First, all personal belongings must be carefully removed, inventoried and stored. Next, waterlogged materials are torn out and disposed of. Due to the substantial amount of damage, the demolition process will last several days. Finally, drying equipment will be placed to prevent mold growth.

Once demolition and drying are complete, we’re ready to begin the restoration process! Beforehand, our on-staff contractor will visit the site to provide the property owner with a precise cost breakdown. Then this property will be restored to its original condition!
