Heavy rains cause for flooded basements and leaky roofs

We are in the middle of tropical storm season, even if we are lucky enough to not get a tropical storm near us we can still feel the affects of storms far away in heavy rain where we are. Heavy rains can quickly find the hole in your roof that you didn't know was there and that could be a disaster if you live on the top floor or use your attic for storage.
